Truck Repair Expert

I would give it less if it was an option. This company has very deceptive business practices. I was quoted $389 for 2 hours of repair. The issue was told to them on the phone along with pictures of the issue. The tech arrived and was complete with patching a tire in 1 hour and 14 minutes. Before coming out they took credit card info which as a service provider I understand. But upon completion they tried charging me nearly $700. Then when I argued the charges she stated it was additional services. I stated to them that none of this was discussed when booking the call. Then they proceeded to ask for me to send a picture of my Credit Card. I absolutely refused. Then once telling them that the tech scratched the heck out of my rim I told them that if they honored their originally quoted price I would take care of the rim. At this point they wanted me to pay around a 14% fee for using the card that I had already provided. This is the point in which they wanted a picture of my card. This company is extremely shady and I will never use them again and I would highly recommend that any future customers be extremely weary as well.

0 stars, they will deceive, they are dishonest, they were late, they have hidden fees. We called one company, they showed up as another and the invoice they sent was from a completely different company. They should fund some English classes for the lady at the front desk with the stolen money.

Absolute scam! They were more than an hour late to the job, different company showed up than the one i called. We agreed on 2hr minimum price but when the invoice showed up it was something else, hidden expenses were applied. DO NOT CALL!
